1. Company identification

This website is published and maintained by the company identified below. Any reference to “AGN”, “we”, “us” or “the company” on this site means this legal entity.

2. Scope of this notice

This notice covers the institutional content published on agnconsultoria.com: the home page, the programs pages, the workshop page, the contact form and any supporting material linked from them.

It does not replace the contractual documents signed with a client. Where a proposal, service agreement or training contract has been signed, that document governs the relationship between the parties and prevails over the general statements made on this site.

3. Nature of the content

Texts on this site are institutional information about training and administrative support. They describe the working method, the format of the sessions and the type of organisation we work with.

They are not legal, accounting, tax, labour, investment, medical or psychological advice, and they must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional in any of those fields. No page of this site creates a professional advisory relationship on its own.

4. No promise of financial results

AGN does not guarantee higher revenue, lower tax, cost reduction, contract awards, certification or a job placement. Group exercises use the client’s own real routine as raw material; whatever comes out of them depends on internal execution by the client’s team after the session ends.

Any figure, timeline or example that appears on this site is illustrative and describes a possible scenario, not a commitment. Results obtained by one organisation do not indicate the results another organisation will obtain, because the variables — team, sector, maturity of the process, available data — are different in every case.

5. We are not a public body

AGN is a private company. An active CNPJ is a business registration; it is not accreditation by the Ministry of Education (MEC), registration with a professional council, a public tender, a government licence or any form of official endorsement.

Certificates of participation issued at the end of a program attest attendance and the workload completed. They are not diplomas, do not grant a regulated professional title and do not entitle the holder to practise any regulated profession.

6. Professional relationship and scope of services

Browsing this site, downloading material from it or submitting the contact form does not by itself create a service relationship. A relationship begins only when a proposal is accepted in writing by both parties.

Within a contracted engagement, AGN acts as a consultancy and training provider. Decisions about the client’s business remain with the client: AGN does not act as a legal representative, does not sign documents on the client’s behalf, does not take over statutory obligations and does not assume the management responsibilities of the contracting organisation.

7. Third-party materials and trade marks

Mentions of office tools, software, platforms or methodologies are illustrative and serve only to describe a working context. Such mentions do not imply partnership, sponsorship, certification or approval by the owners of those products.

All trade marks, trade names and logos cited belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

8. Photographs and illustrations

Images on this site illustrate a professional work setting. Unless a caption states otherwise, they do not portray named clients, do not depict a specific engagement and do not constitute testimonials.

Photographs of real sessions are published only where the people shown have given consent in advance, and that consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the address in section 16.

9. Intellectual property of this site

The layout, texts, graphics, course structures, worksheets and other original material published here belong to AGN Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda, except where a third-party owner is identified.

Short quotations with a clear attribution and a link to the source page are permitted. Reproducing full pages, republishing training material, or using this content to build a competing commercial offering requires prior written authorisation.

10. External links

Some pages link to external sites — public registries, government portals, tool documentation. Those destinations are maintained by third parties. AGN does not control their content, their availability or their privacy practices, and providing a link does not imply endorsement of the organisation behind it.

11. Availability and accuracy

The content is published in good faith and reviewed periodically, but it may contain typographical errors or become outdated between reviews. Program details, schedules and formats may change without prior notice.

The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical failure or reasons outside our control. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, AGN is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of content published on this site, nor for indirect losses, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use or the impossibility of using this site.

The CNPJ, address, company status and CNAE data shown on this site were checked against public sources in September 2026. Subsequent changes recorded at the Receita Federal prevail over this page, and we recommend verifying the current record before relying on any of this information for a contract or a filing.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of this site shall be brought before the courts of Manaus, State of Amazonas, unless a mandatory legal provision establishes a different venue.
