Terms of use

By using agnconsultoria.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

1. Purpose. The site informs about AGN Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda’s management training, office routines and digital support. Institutional content is not an irrevocable offer.
2. Contract. A service exists only after a written proposal, acceptance and, where applicable, an invoice. Price, hours and location come from the contract — not from this HTML.
3. Acceptable use. Abusive scraping, intrusion attempts, form spam and full republication without authorisation are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property. Texts, the AGN mark and this site’s layout belong to AGN, except identified third-party works. Group materials delivered to the client follow the contract licence (internal use, no resale of the method as AGN’s own product).
5. Training is not official certification. We do not issue an education-authority diploma. An internal certificate, if any, describes hours and topic, not a regulated professional licence.
6. Limitation. AGN is not liable for business decisions taken only on the basis of site text. Network, browser or email-blocking failures may delay a reply; that does not create automatic compensation.
7. Venue. Brazilian law. Courts of the Manaus/AM district, without prejudice to consumer rights in a consumer relationship.
8. Form. A submission is a contact request, not enrolment. We may decline projects outside the CNAE or the calendar.
9. Links. Third-party sites (Receita, maps) have their own policies.
10. Changes. The terms in force are those published on this page. Date: September 2026.
