AGN Consultoria e Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ 55.755.353/0001-93, headquarters in Manaus/AM, processes personal data under Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD). Controller: AGN itself. Channel: [email protected].

1. Data we collect. On the form: name, email, company, subject and message. On the server: technical IP, date and page, needed for security. We do not ask for CPF, ID, health data or card details on this site.
2. Purpose. To answer training or consulting requests, meet legal duties (invoice, contract) and defend rights in a dispute. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (art. 7, V) and legitimate interest in keeping a minimum contact record (art. 7, IX), with a balancing test.
3. Sharing. We do not sell lists. We may use hosting, email and, if engaged, an accountant or lawyer — all as processors, under a confidentiality instruction. A public authority only under a valid order.
4. Retention. Requests with no contract: up to 24 months. Contracts and tax documents: Brazilian legal periods. Security logs: up to 6 months, unless there is an investigation.
5. Data-subject rights. Confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability where applicable, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to the ANPD. Requests via the email above; identity may be required in a proportionate way.
6. International transfer. If hosting is outside Brazil, we require clauses and a level of protection compatible with the LGPD.
7. Security. HTTPS, restricted mailbox access and backup. No system is fail-proof; relevant incidents will be notified as required by law.
8. Minors. Services are for companies and adult professionals. We do not target the site at children.
9. Cookies. See the Cookies page. The banner records only the technical-consent choice.
