Three lines of work. One headquarters in Japiim.
The programs below describe what AGN actually delivers. There is no stage-coaching package, no franchise and no guarantee of financial results. Every contract closes with a scope, a calendar and an end criterion.
1. Professional and management development training
CNAE 8599-6/04. Groups of 4 to 12 people, usually from the same company. Typical length: eight 90-minute sessions, plus a close-out session. Minimum content:
How to open the week without an endless list. How to record a decision on one page. How to send incomplete work back without theatre. How a supervisor tracks three indicators that fit in a notebook — not a dashboard of 40 charts.
Materials: group notebook, list of agreements, agenda template. Recording only with written company authorisation.
2. Office routines
For administrative teams that still use WhatsApp as an archive. We map incoming demand, deadlines, files and client replies. Delivery: an A3 map of the current flow, a short version of the proposed flow, and two weeks of training so the internal owner does not fall back to the old shortcut.
This does not replace an accountant, a lawyer or a payroll system. If the pain is tax, we point you to a licensed professional — we do not improvise.
3. Lean digital support
When the process is already written down, we choose the dullest stable tool: a shared spreadsheet, a folder with a naming rule, a form, a reminder. We do not implement ERP. We do not sell a third-party software licence as if it were ours.
Schedule and group size
Manaus has its own calendar: rain, the port, the free zone, state holidays. We book groups two weeks ahead so the company can free people from operations. Minimum group: four people from the same organisation. Above twelve, we split into two groups — otherwise it becomes a lecture.
Sessions can be in AGN’s room in Japiim or at the client’s site, if there is a table, a board and real quiet. Hybrid only when the remote half has a camera and is not on the shop floor at the same time.
Price, invoice and cancellation
The fee comes from the proposal: workload, travel and whether there is printed material. Payment against invoice. Cancellation more than five business days ahead: we reschedule at no cost. Less than that: we charge for the session we prepared, because the workshop calendar is short.
What we do not do
Medical or legal training. Fundraising. Paid-traffic management as a stand-alone product. Mass recorded courses. Any promise of income.
